Hi! I'm Reda and I created hebergeurmarocain.com to share my knowledge and expertise in web hosting in Morocco with people.
My comparison is different from many other sites that give you false and misleading information.
I was looking for a web host in Morocco and to find the one that would suit me best, I consulted several comparison sites that ranked different web hosts.
I chose my host relying on the ratings of these comparison sites because I believed them to be honest.
After examining several of these comparisons, I thought I had a good idea of the web provider that would best meet my needs. I transferred all my content, files, and databases with great confidence in my choice.
But quickly, I realized that the host I had chosen was not as performant as promised. My site's uptime was well below what had been announced. When my site became inaccessible, I sent a support request message and waited a long time for a response from them. Often, the 'technicians' had no idea how to solve my problem! I can understand that in a support service, there are several levels of skills and that I cannot necessarily get a quality answer with the first-level agent. But when my question was simple and I got an answer that did not correspond at all to what I was asking, I really felt like I had been deceived.
Unfortunately, this didn't happen just once... I tried other web hosts and encountered similar problems.
